About Us
| The Mansfield ISD All Stars, A Special Olympics Texas Team program serves those children who are in the Mansfield Independent School District boundaries and meet Special Olympics Texas requirements. |
| Eligible children above the age of 6 years old can participate in the various programs that are available, but they can not compete at the area and chapter levels for Special Olympics Texas until the age of 8. |
| Eligible children over the age of 8 can participate in competition at the area level only. Eligible children over the age of 12 can also participate in the chapter level competition. |
| We also have Unified Sports® teams in many sports. The Unified Sports® program integrates athletes with and without intellectual disabilities in training and competition. It helps to build friendships and understanding between athletes with and without Intellectual disabilities. It also allows Special Olympics families to participate as team members and coaches on a Unified Sports® Team. |
